Pembinaan Kelompok Usia dan Regenerasinya

Saat ini sejauh pendengaran dan jangkauan penglihatan dikawasan kecamatan cempaka semakin ramai kegiatan pembinaan sepakbola kelompok umur yang dilakukan oleh klub-klub yang sudah lama dan baru keberadaannya, meningkatnya grafik pembinaan terhadap kelompok umur sangat memberikan dampak yang positif tehadap perkembangan persepakbolaan yang selama ini statusnya boleh dikatakan “Guring”.kenapa guring?,tentu kata itu tidak berlebihan,mengingat selama ini sepakbola hanya didominasi oleh klub lawas yang pemainnya notabene hanya kelas senior dan sudah uzur,lapuk termakan usia.diperparah dengan keberadaan “klub dadakan” yang semakin menenggelamkan Kata “pembinaan”,apakah klub dadakan itu?,klub dadakan adalah klub yang dibangun sepenuhnya dari materi pemain “Siluman” yang kedatangannya dipancing dengan uang untuk sebuah kompetisi

Pembinaan Kelompok Usia

Memang,pembinaan adalah merupakan kata yang mudah diucapkan,namun,penerapan dilapangan sangatlah sulit dan penuh retorika yang menantang.karena dalam pembinaan terkandung arti yang sangat luas,mendidik,mengharahkan,mengayomi,menjaga dan memberikan tanpa pamrih apa yg dibutuhkan secara konsisten,berjenjang dan berkesinambungan tanpa memandang latar belakang,status sosial dan kubu.lalu,sejauh manakah pembinaan sepakbola kelompok umur itu sudah berjalan di kecamatan cempaka,walau belum bisa sepenuhnya dibuktikan dengan data statistik,namun dalam artian pembinaan yang sempit sudah bisa untuk mendapat acungan jempol.dengan demikian roda regenerasi di tiap tingkatan umur akan terus ada dan terus berkembang sebagai gen baru untuk mencetak pemain yang professional kedepannya.di Cempaka,Banjarbaru,Ulin dan daerah sekitarnya yang serius dalam pembinaan usia muda.

Regenerasi adalah sesuatu yang sangat penting demi upaya terus mempertahankan prestasi dibidang olehraga, termasuk sepakbola, untuk itu, pentingnya pembinaan sepakbola kelompok usia untuk dapat menghasilkan pemain-pemain berbakat hingga ke tahapan senior. Apa yang dilakukan saat ini sangat baik,di banjarbaru untuk usia dini sudah mulai terkonsentrasi dengan baik dengan hadirnya Komunitas Sepakbola Kelompok Umur Banjarbaru dengan gelaran Tahunan Liga DS (Dewa-Soegeng) U-12 Cup, dan untuk kelompok usia lainnya yang diselenggarakan SSB Balittra (BALITTRA CUP U-18) yang saat ini masih bergulir, walau kompetisinya masih dalam hitungan jari, akan tetapi hal ini sudah mulai membuka harapan baru bagi dunia sepakbola di kawasan banjarbaru dan sekitarnya, karena dengan semakin banyaknya kompetisi kelompok usia, berarti kita juga ikut membentuk para pemain berdasarkan tahapan-tahapan usia hingga menuju kematangan yang baik.hingga kini Banjarbaru terus dan menerus menerbitkan pemain-pemain muda berbakat, oleh karena itu, jangan sampai suatu saat hal ini terputus ditengah jalan karena para pemain kita kurang mendapatkan ruang kompetisi yang baik.semoga suatu saat akan terbangun lagi pusat-pusat pembinaan sepakbola usia dini seperti yang saat ini dikelola oleh Komunitas tersebut.Ini harapan kita bersama, semoga apa yang dilakukan Komunitas Sepakbola Kelompok Umur Banjarbaru dapat menjadi pemicu positif bagi pihak-pihak lain untuk ikut mengembangkan pesepakbola muda di Banjarbaru dan Daerah lain.
